Who we are
Located nearby Istanbul, since 1968 Sunjut has been weaving polypropylene and polyethylene in many combinations of different yarns and tapes.
Today we are proud to say that we are the biggest integrated, 4-loop F.I.B.C. manufacturer in the world. Year after year, we learned not to depend on outside sources for our accessories and started to manufacture them in house. The only accessory that we had been purchasing from outside sources was left to be the PE liners. In 2002 we have invested in a state-of- the-art 3-layer, co-extrusion, high precision machine. This machine is in operation since 2002.
Within the last 3 years we have tripled our ultra-modern weaving capacity, expanded our machinery with several new high-tec extruders, new beamers, new coating plants, further monofilament lines and blown film lines.
Last key turning points in our organization
- 1996 - Sunjut expanded to production/administration facility Dudullu with 32,000 m²
- 2001 - completed second production facility Hadimkoy with 35,000 m²
- 2003 - completed third production facility Hadimkoy with 31,000 m²
- 2004 - establishing Sunjüt HighTEX, international sales management and service center for Geo-, Agriculture- and Technical Textiles - PE and PP to-the-point solutions customized on client requirements.
In the meantime we are the biggest manufacturer of PE silo-nets and silo-bags and one of the biggest producers of Geotextiles - 2007 - completed China production facility. In terms of costs Sunjut China represents a new strategic direction for the future production development - Sunjut China brings more value around the world!

HighTEX office -located in Sunjut’s Headquarters, Istanbul, Turkey- is the international sales management and service center for Geo-, Agricultural and Technical Textiles.
